Dimitrios Papoulis is an Associate Professor in Department of Geology, University of Patras, Greece GR-26504 Rio – Patras, Greece. He completed his Ph.D. in 2003 in Geology at the Department of Geology of the University of Patras, Greece. Thesis entitled: “Mineralogy, Genesis, and properties of kaolins of Leucogia, Drama and Kos Island Greece” 289 pages. He was Assistant Professor in “Mineral deposits, focusing on Clays and Clay Minerals” at the Department of Geology, University of Patras, Greece (tenured in June 2017) during 2011-2016. He served Chairman/Convener in many Sections of International Conferences. He was an Invited Speaker as well for AIP Conference 2011.
